That’s a little difficult to answer. Let’s say this; Each of our projects is a custom order. Usual order to warehouse receipt is 3 weeks, and shortly after that you’ll receive a call to schedule your home improvement project. Please bear in mind, depending on weather, it could be another 2 or 3 weeks.
Yes we do! We work closely with large banks and local lenders – and we will soon have another exciting offer for our friends to take advantage of. Ask your salesperson for details.
Glad you asked! Here’s a secret – no they’re not! It’s a little like this; there are hundreds of window manufacturers making windows, and they all say they’re better than someone.
Remember what you were told, “You get what you pay for” well, at Window World we decided that too many folks were paying too much for a lot of things, so we changed the marketplace, and 3,000,000 windows later, we think we’ve helped a lot of people. Really, ask your salesperson, do some comparisons – we are confident in our value!
Look at the bottom of your dish detergent bottle, and you’ll probably see a number, (1-8).
That number indicates how many times the stuff the bottle is made of has been recycled.
A virgin vinyl window is exactly that. Never been a detergent bottle, or a park bench, or a lawn chair – isn’t that a comfort! By the way, the same can be said for our siding, it’s just a little different process – ask the salesperson to explain!
Great question! Here’s what we suggest. Ask for the warranty or guarantee in writing. It doesn’t matter what the salesperson says – even ours – if there isn’t something in writing to back it up. If it’s not in writing it’s not true – and we challenge anyone to offer a better written warranty, at a better value, than us!
We do – in a manner of speaking! You ask us at Window World to do the work, and we get it done. Our installers are factory trained and certified, have all the necessary insurance, but are sub contractors. What does this mean to you – nothing! We stand by, and are proud of, the work our installers do, and we guarantee you’ll be satisfied – we even give you a completion form to show us in writing you’re happy!
Now that’s a loaded question! What are you studying at work? How long have you been dating? Oh - you mean Windows? Siding? Doors? Sunrooms? Conservatories? We think you need to do this – call us, ask for someone to come out and visit – we’ll tell you everything we know. You could ask for one of our guides to help you – they’re free, and you can get them online! Click Here
For windows, we can usually complete your home improvement in a day. We ask that you help us to minimize the impact on your home by giving us windows clear of blinds and curtains and that there is a three foot space on the inside around your windows. We re-measure the window space, and the replacement, before starting each window, and we usually are only working on 1 or 2 windows at a time, to minimize heat or cooling loss. Please bear in mind that until we remove each of your old windows, we won’t see any damage to your home, and that may mean additional work. We’ll always check with you first so you can OK any work we do. For siding, it can take up to a week or more depending on the size of your home, and the project we are helping you with. For sunrooms and conservatories, again, it can take up to a week. Guess what? Your salesperson can give you all the details you need!
Well, we’ll do whatever you asked us to do. Haul off of your old windows, siding, extra materials, and clean up is always a part of your contract, so, whatever you wanted us to do, we’ll do!
You know, the best laid plans... We understand that for the most part everyone wants only what they asked for, and we try and give everyone the best work we can. In those odd circumstances that things don’t go “just right”, we are committed to fix it. If your install team can’t, and your salesperson can’t, then call us. If there’s a solution, we’ll work with you – remember – every one of our homeowners is the first and last job we have!
