For several years my wife and I had been talking about getting new windows for our house. Our house is 75+ years old and still have the original windows in it. My wife saw an ad in the paper from Window World and called and made an appointment. One afternoon a Window World representative arrived at our house to show us their windows. Just wanted to take a minute to express to you how pleased I am with my new office windows. They look terrific. Several patients have noticed them and commented on how beautiful they are. Last week during the high temperatures, I was amazed at how the inside of the windows remained cool to the touch. Due to their great efficiency, we found we did not have to use the wooden shutters that were previously there to assist in cooling the rooms. I am confident I will see a reduction in my future heating and cooling bills. My cleaning lady left me a note to say how much easier it was to clean all the windows in the office.

I also wanted to mention how professional and knowledgeable your installation persons were. They took the time to answer all of my questions as the windows were being installed. They were very courteous.

I want to thank you for all your help in selecting the windows. I should have changed them years ago.
